After several years with negative results and the indicators below minimums, the company that owns the Hotel Balmoral in Benalmádena decided, advised by professionals and experts in the sector, to outsource the management of the hotel. After feasibility studies and in search of solutions, MedPlaya Management Services was awarded the operation, reorganizing all operations and the results were not long in coming: in 2014 losses were considerably reduced and in the following years until now the results have always been positive and of the expected level.
