Guest and staff satisfaction were the key to a successful operation at Benidorm's Flamingo Oasis, a TUI Joint Venture business that opened in 2001. After several years with negative results and the indicators below minimums, the company that owns the Hotel Balmoral in Benalmádena decided, advised by professionals and experts in the sector, to outsource the management of the hotel.
